Key roles and responsibility of our house keeping crew involves:
- Dusting – Cleaning furniture, shelves, and other surfaces to remove dust and debris.
- Vacuuming & Sweeping – Vacuuming carpets and rugs, sweeping floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Mopping – Mopping floors in all areas, including bathrooms and kitchens.
- Cleaning Windows & Mirrors – Polishing windows and mirrors for a spotless finish.
- Making Beds & Changing Linens – Replacing bed linens and ensuring a neat arrangement.
- Emptying Trash & Recycling – Disposing of garbage and recycling materials appropriately.
- Bathroom Cleaning – Sanitizing sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
- Kitchen Cleaning – Wiping down countertops, sinks, and appliances.
- Dishwashing – Washing and organizing dishes, utensils, and glassware.
- Sanitizing & Disinfecting – Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
Additional Responsibilities
- Replenishing Supplies – Restocking toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other essential items.
- Organizing & Maintaining Spaces – Keeping rooms and common areas tidy and orderly.
- Reporting Issues – Notifying management of maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
- Following Safety Procedures – Adhering to health and safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.
- Maintaining Housekeeping Equipment – Ensuring all cleaning tools and equipment are properly stored and in working condition.
- Communication & Guest Assistance – Responding to guest or resident requests and providing necessary information.
