Essential Scope of Work
- Civil & Masonry: Repairing cracks in walls, fixing floor tiles, and maintaining concrete structures to prevent deterioration.
- Waterproofing: Identifying and sealing leaks in roofs, terraces, and basement walls to prevent dampness and structural damage.
- Carpentry & Joinery: Maintenance of doors, door closers, hinges, locks, and fixed wooden cabinetry.
- Glazing & Facade: Inspecting and repairing window glass, silicon sealants, and external cladding to ensure the building is weather-tight.
- Roofing & Drainage: Clearing gutters and maintaining roof membranes to ensure proper rainwater runoff.
- Painting & Finishes: Protective and decorative coatings to prevent corrosion on metal and decay in wood or plaster.
Why it is critical for MSCP:
- Safety: Prevents hazards like falling tiles, jammed fire doors, or structural weak points.
- Asset Value: Well-maintained fabric prevents minor leaks from turning into million-dollar structural repairs.
- First Impressions: The “fabric” is the first thing clients see; cracks or peeling paint immediately damage a company’s brand.
